Have a fertile Black Too egg in the incubator. Due to hatch around the 20 th June.
So something to look forward to. Hopefully if time permits I will try to document it's progress.

No Jim I do not have a pair. I am the resident hand-rearer up this way.
It's great fun i get to raise them & then hand them back when weaned.
This little one belongs to a Bird Park.

 Not this time around. The chick died in the shell.
The thing is I really don't know how long the eggs are stored before i get them.
If i can get them as soon as they are laid I have a successful hatch.
But when they don't get the eggs to me quickly enough they are compromised.
Oh well next time.

bummer :( I was so looking forward to getting all the piccies & updates.

Is that frequent? Are they hard to hatch from an incubator?
