Hi All,

I just want to know if anyone knows any place that sell just parts for cages. A wheel has fallen off the cage and its hell moving the cage around and about. I have tried the strongest type of glues but nothing sticks the wheel back on.

The cage is similar to this. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/LARGE-INDOOR ... 41624ae8b3
I really don't want to buy another cage but if I have no other option than I will have to do so.

Thanks all.

Even though they have wheels they're not really made for constant wheeling around. I found that out too lol but I pulled the rest of the wheels off & Dave made a stainless steel frame with stronger wheels. Popped the cage on that. Soooo, if you know someone who's a bit handy with that sort of thing you could do that.

good idea Kim

or
the problem will be matching what you have, depending how the existing ones are attached
you can buy replacement castors at most larger h'ware shops

is that ^ a rivet holding it in place, if so you'll have to drill that out, pull out the broken wheel & see what sort of shaft it has

if its like this you can buy replacement inserts but once again matching up to the leg size may be an issue
best i can suggest is pull it apart & take the 'bits' with you when you go to the h'ware shop

I am absolutely no type of hardwre person Hobo lol. I'll prob just chuck the cage out and buy another one or put it on gumtree.
But thanks for your tips :)
