Fruit Smoothie

Banana
Passionfruit
Mango
Milk or Yoghurt

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend & serve

For a berry smoothie add frozen mixed berries



Roasted dishes

Veg
    finely ground chilli or dried chilli
    potato
    sweet potato
    carrot
    pumpkin
    turnip
    parsnip
    Beetroot

roll veg in chilli & put in moderate oven to
bake until cooked through & crisp.



Crisp Chips

    various veg thinly sliced & baked in moderate
oven until crispy

You can also try roasting various seeds & nuts


Pasta Bake

Various coloured pasta
100% natural tomato juice or sauce
finely chopped thyme & parsley
chopped carrot
            capsicum
            cauliflower
            broccoli
            sugar snap peas   
            corn

Boil pasta until almost cooked. Add all veg to fry
pan & lightly fry. Add pasta & sauce & simmer for
10 minutes.



Pizzas

For the base:
                    egg
                    TBSP milk
                    various grains or seed (small amount)
                    rice or corn flour, enough ingredients to
                    make a base
                    *mix all ingredients together & place under
                    the grill until golden brown. Turn over & grill
                    the other side.

or                toasted grainy  brown bread
Topping
          sliced  carrot
                    capsicum
                    pumpkin
                    tomato
                    poppy seeds
                    pepitas
                    grated cheese

or                  linseed
                    poppy seed
                    rape seed
                    pepitas
                    sesame
                    sunflower seeds
                    pearl barley

Put all ingredients onto base & grill until cheese melted.
Hash browns

Vegetable of your choice grated (zucchini, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin etc)
1 egg
Corn flour or rice flour

Mix all ingredients together. Make into patties & bake in the oven until cooked or golden brown.
Mango Salsa

Mango
Lime
Chilli, fresh chopped or dried

Slice mango. Dip into chilli & add the juice of a lime & serve.
Almond Bread Slice

4 egg whites
1 cup corn flour
1 cup almonds

Pre heat oven to 180c. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir in flour & almonds. Place into a loaf tin & bake 40 mins or until cooked. Slice & serve.
Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet potato chopped into wedges
Fresh or dry chilli

Dip sweet potato wedges into chilli & bake in moderate oven until cooked.

Grilled Chicken/Salmon

Small piece Salmon or Chicken fillet
mixed herbs & dried chilli
slice of lemon
Chopped tomato

Place salmon/chicken under grill. Add chopped
tomato, sprinkle herbs & chilli. Place the slice
of lemon over the top & grill until cooked through.



French Toast

Egg
Banana or Mashed/puréed Japanese pumpkin
Grainy bread
24 hour soaked mung beans

Dip bread, both sides in all ingredients mixed. Fry in fry
pan until golden brown on both sides.

Omelette

Broccoli
Snow peas
Asparagus
Egg
Cheese
Crushed almonds

Beat all ingredients together & fry until cooked



Scrambled Eggs

Egg
fresh chilli crushed or dried
tomato finely chopped
bok choy roughly chopped

Beat egg & all other ingredients together. Cook
in frypan.

Apricot Dreamballs

3/4 cup mixed dried fruit
1/4 cup mixed nuts
1/4 cup dried apricots
1 TBSP coconut milk
Desiccated coconut

Put all ingredients into blender & blend. Roll into small balls & refrigerate until hard. You can also roll the balls into desiccated coconut  before refrigerating.
Frozen Fruit Treats

Strawberries
Pineapple
Bananas
Approx 1 TBSP Orange or Apple juice

Blend all ingredients in blender. Place into ice cube tray & freeze. Makes a great summer treat.
Lime & Chilli Cashews

Unsalted raw cashews
Fresh chilli finely ground or dried chilli
Lime

Place cashews, the juice of a lime & ground chilli into a freezer bag. Tie the at the top leaving the air in. Shake & put onto a pan & bake in oven until roasted.
Melon & Berry Salad

Water melon balls, seeds removed
Rock melon balls, seeds removed
Strawberries, chopped
Frozen berry mix.

Add all ingredients together & serve.
Steamed Broccoli scattered with Pine nuts

Cut Broccoli into pieces & steam for 3 minutes. Add pine nuts, allow to cool & serve.
Fried Mango with lime

Mango sliced
Macadamia oil
Lime

Lightly brush mango slices with macadamia oil & add to pan. Add juice of a lime & fry until browned on both sides. Cool & serve.
